Kids Crafts: Balloons, Bubbles & Balls # 1

Craft: colored bubbles

Activities: Flyswatter Bubbles, Cotton Ball Pickup, Balloon Water Fun

Snack: Chewy Popcorn Balls

Reading selection: the twenty-one Balloons by William Pene du Bois

Craft: colored bubbles

You will need:

Dishwasher

Food coloring or washable paint

a straw

Paper

pan

Directions:

Mix approximately 2:01 detergents and3.1 low water in a pot (cold or hot) to mix any type of food coloring until you reach the ideal color you want. If you paint, make sure it is washable. Go outside with the pot full of colorful bubbles mixture. At the end tip of the straw in the pan, lift it, and blow through the other side to create a bubble, then slowly take the paper and pop them on the bubble. Keep doing this with different colors of paint and get a large colorful print bubbleFigure!

You can also use the straw to blow lots of bubbles in a pan instead of paper and then over the edge to absorb "a piece of bubble. It will print a nice holiday!

WORK: Flyswatter Bubbles

You will need:

clean fly swatter

Bubble solution

Directions:

Fill a bowl with plastic bubble stuff and give each child a new clean with a whisk. They dip the end and then swishthe air to create tons of bubbles!

WORK: Cotton Ball Pickup

You will need:

Cotton balls

Vaseline

(String or cloth)

Directions:

Apply cotton balls in a given area. Each player has his hands behind his back, or hands in his pockets and vaseline on the nose. Beginning of the game, the player goes on a cotton ball, bends down and lifts the cotton ball with his nose. Or wins first againor set a time limit and whoever gets the most cotton balls. You could play with the team!

WORK: Water Balloon Fun

You will need:

watergun

Balloons

Pennies or small objects

Cord

Marker

Clothing Line

Directions:

Children are the goals that you can love your fun with guns to spray water. Put some money in a balloon. Blow it and add a string. Tie the string to a clothes line. To make it funny, faces, or bullsThe eyes can be drawn on the ball. Hang balloons in different sizes and pitches to increase the challenge. State should take back!

Snack: Chewy Popcorn Balls

You will need:

02:01 cup sugar

02:01 cup light corn syrup

4 tbsp. Margarine

2.1 tsp. Salt

8 cups popcorn

Directions:

Damage sugar, light corn syrup, margarine and salt in a large pot. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixturereached a steady simmer. Add to popcorn mixture, stirring until all the popcorn completely covered. Remove from oven and let cool. Fill a medium bowl with water. Dip hands in water and form the popcorn into balls the size of a tennis ball. Put the balls on a sheet of wax paper and, after leaving to cool completely, place each wrapped in a plastic bag or wrap in foil.
